About Trenton Shook, MD

Dr. Shook is from Charleston, SC and graduated from cum laude from Wofford College as a Benjamin Wofford Scholar. He obtained his medical degree from University of South Carolina in Columbia. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Anmed Hospital in Anderson, SC. He then was a Family Physician and Flight Surgeon in the USAF at Shaw AFB flying and taking care of F16 pilots. He completed training in Global health, Wilderness Emergency Medicine, Aerospace medicine, herbal medicine and battlefield acupuncture. After completing his commitment to the USAF, he joined practice with Mayes Dubose specializing in Family Concierge Medicine, outpatient Geriatrics and Nursing Home care.
He enjoys small town life, spending time outdoors and with his lovely family, wife and 3 children. Is a foster parent and an active member of Christ Community Church.
